This seasoned veteran of the category began as a petroleum engineer and wound up a swing-shift oiler (we’re not sure what that is either, but since he couldn’t get away from it fast enough, we don’t have to know). After earning his BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Don discovered an industry that was the perfect arena for his passion, skill set, and talent: HVAC. Over the next few decades, Don-the-entrepreneur established, grew, and sold multiple HVAC-related businesses before joining us in 2017.
A devout husband of 49 years, Don’s diverse interests include muscle cars, coin collecting, and traveling. Just don’t let him trick you into a racquetball match—he was a Missouri state champion.
