The Challenge

Deliver a system that maintains a very strict temperature and humidity tolerance

Corman CVS/Specialty Infusion Services is the leading national provider of specialty home infusion and pharmacy services. Serving more than 85 locations and over 20,000 patients, maintaining clinical laboratory environments to exacting standards is crucial.

Considering the number of patients who depend upon infusion services, there is no room for error when it comes to achieving certified laboratory conditions. Aside from temperature and humidity, lab space must remain negative to the surrounding areas. Realizing the demands at hand, Apira/Corman reached out for our expertise.

Solution

The right design with the right equipment

Working together with Apira/Coram representatives and members of CVS Infusion services, we presented a solution that not only met the +/- 2 degree mandate, but also provided a cost-effective alternative that negated the need for economizers during the winter months.
