Don joined AC Systems in May 2017 after selling his rep firm, Engineered Thermal Systems in 2012. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia and is a licensed PE and LEEP AP. Don and his wife, Sally are enjoying being grandparents, recently having added their third, a granddaughter.
Jo came to us from the fast paced real estate market. She thought her life was busy before but ask her what a HVAC Sales Office is like and you might get a long story.
Brian has been a salesman for AC Systems since 2010. Brian is a licensed PE and received his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He also received his B.S. in Engineering Mechanics & Materials from the Southern Illinois University.
Larry has been with AC Systems since its start in 1971. Larry graduated with his engineering degree from Michigan State University. He enjoys water skiing and has won many competitions with his musical group, The Ambassadors of Harmony.
Gary started as a salesman for AC Systems in 2003. A graduate in music and education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Gary worked the next 14 years in the trades as a Plumbing contractor and 669 Sprinkler fitter, followed by 18 years at TWA and American Airlines attempting to manage a diverse workforce. This might explain why his favorite pass time now is swimming and drinking beer.
Jim graduated from Cornell University with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of Virginia with his M.S. & Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for UVa as a wrestling coach from ~ 2002-2010 and a researcher from ~2004-2010 where he has published 9 journal articles and has one patent. Additionally, he worked as a Systems Engineer for a well known engineering firm from from 2010-2012. If you ever want to connect with Jim outside of the office, he is an active runner, wrestler, cyclist/mountain biker, kayaker (when time permits), and is always up for an adventure or trying new things – he tolerates golfing but will probably like it more once he straightens out his slice. Being 13 years younger than his oldest brother, if you happen to run into Vinny, don’t feel bad if you confuse Vinny with their dad.
Vince has been with AC systems with its start in 1971 and has over 50 years of experience and knowledge in the HVAC industry. Vince graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and taking trips with with his wife, Marge.
Vinny has been a salesman for AC Systems since 1992. Vinny is a licensed PE and received his PhD. from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. He also received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. In his free time Vinny is an avid powerlifter, wrestling/baseball coach, and a tormentor to his 4 children. He just received a new grill for father’s day and loves using it, so feel free to ask him to cook you a steak!
Kurt started with AC Systems as a Sales Engineer in 2001. Kurt has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan. In his free time Kurt is a father of two and an avid SCUBA diver.
Shaun graduated from the Missouri Institute of Science & Technology in May 2012 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has interned at AC Systems since 2010 and has been around the business since he was born. Living in Troy, he enjoys hunting, fishing, & bow-fishing.
Wayne has been working with AC Systems since ~2008…. Vince and Vinny Stanec decided to start a service company at AC Systems in 2008 and hired Wayne to help start this part of the company.
